i appreciated the helpful concierge, they answered all my questions quickly. the pool area was lit for my family. the location made it simple to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. everything was ideal.

The staff let ME check in early without any issues. I arrived at 10am and my room was available. The hotel IS busy but it has an indoor water slide, a huge plus. There is a separate adult swimming pool.

The bathtub glaze was peeling BADLY.

the family pool and hot tub were a HUGE hit with us, especially on colder days. the hotel is in a great location. the staff were friendly and efficient, addressing our needs quickly and professionally.

I found the soundproofing to be less than ideal. Noise from the hallway was noticeable.

i needed functioning ac and wow i got it at 4am. the staff moved us to a new room quickly. the customer service was amazing and they really made things right. the team's commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction is excellent.

better mirrors are needed especially in the rooms away from the bathroom. getting ready would be so much easier with additional mirrors. it would really improve the experience .

I found the dining options were diverse. the hotel lobby felt quite secure with so many people around. It was bustling and lively. the location felt very close to eaton centre mall. the housekeepers were nice.

the rooms seemed a bit outdated. i noticed some unfinished elements, like outlets. for what i paid, i felt it was a bit overpriced. the hotel didn't have a cute feel, it felt a bit impersonal.
